1 User Account

The registered user has the ability to create and manage a personal account. The account allows:

• saving selected routes with mansions,
• modifying or deleting these routes,
• accessing the history of visits or views.

The user bears sole responsibility for the security of their login credentials (username and password).

2 Personal Data

The information provided during registration (name, email, etc.) is collected and stored exclusively for the purposes of platform operation. Data management is conducted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The user has the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data at any time.

3 Route Storage and Use

Routes created by the user are accessible only by them and are not shared with third parties without explicit consent. The platform may use anonymous statistical data from saved routes for service improvement purposes.

4 Intellectual Property

The platform's content (images, texts, panoramas, 3D representations, etc.) is protected by applicable intellectual property legislation and reproduction or commercial use is not permitted without relevant permission.

5 Account Deletion

The user may delete their account at any time. Upon deletion, all stored data (e.g., routes, preferences) are permanently deleted from the platform.

6 Modification of Terms

The platform reserves the right to modify these terms of use. Any modification will be promptly notified to the user, who is required to declare their consent for continued use.
